Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce the addition of accomplished real estate finance attorney Andrew White as a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Andrew, who served as office practice chair at his prior firm, focuses his practice on raising private equity capital and forming joint ventures to own, operate, develop, and finance a full range of property classes including office, industrial, residential, hotel, and retail properties.
“Andrew has built a strong network of investors in both Chicago and Dallas,” notes Winston Chairman Tom Fitzgerald. “These are important markets for us and adding Andrew to our team sharpens our ability to serve real estate and private equity clients in both places.”
Handling a broad range of financing matters including real estate investors, funds, sponsors, and operating companies, Andrew serves clients including REITs, hedge-fund managers, and private equity funds, as well as developers, purchasers, and landlords.
