Roetzel & Andress LPA announced today that 11 attorneys from the firm of Kamensky Rubinstein Hochman & Delott LLP (KRHD) have joined Roetzel in a major expansion of the firm’s Chicago office and of its health care law practice. In addition to a top-tier health care compliance and regulatory practice, the former KRHD attorneys bring to Roetzel broad-based corporate, retirement plan consulting, estate, probate and wealth planning, employment law, and commercial litigation capabilities.

The firm’s expanded health care law group assists clients in addressing the multifaceted and complex issues that face a wide range of health care industry organizations, personnel, and ancillary health care service providers. The attorneys advise clients on the many legal issues that affect all segments of the health care industry, including hospitals, physician groups, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, medical device inventors, laboratories, manufacturers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers, among others.
KRHD has roots in the Chicago area stretching back to 1971.
