Skadden Adds Raymond Bogenrief as Corporate Partner in Chicago

Skadden is pleased to announce that Raymond Bogenrief has joined the firm’s corporate practice as a partner in its Chicago office. Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Bogenrief was a partner at White & Case LLP.

Mr. Bogenrief focuses on leveraged buyouts for private equity funds, including for domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public and private companies and venture capital firms. He also handles a variety of finance-related work, including SPACs and de-SPACs, venture capital investments, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, and executive compensation and incentive equity matters.

He also received the Emerging Leaders Award from The M&A Advisor in 2019.
