Ms. Oiler is an experienced patent attorney with a passion for client service and a genuine desire to work with the client to meet the needs of the business.
Ms. Oiler draws on her diverse education in chemistry and physics to provide advice on topics such as: managing and developing patent portfolios, noninfringement and invalidity opinions, IP due diligence, design-around analysis, and many other aspects of intellectual property.

Ms. Oiler draws on 11 years of experience in Intellectual Property matters, with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution. Her technical expertise includes experience relating to patent matters for front end accessory drive components of internal combustion engines, compositions of matter, polymer films, microencapsulation, peptide extracts, amino acid sequences, and color-changing indicator systems. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Oiler taught high school chemistry at Brecksville Broadview Heights High School.
