Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, continues to attract top talent with the addition of Shareholders Patricia Krewson and Ryan Morley. Krewson and Morley, formerly with Jackson Lewis, will join the firm’s growing Cleveland office. The duo follows lateral shareholder groups that joined the firm earlier this year in Atlanta and Portland, Maine.
“Trish and Ryan offer a powerful combination of cross-industry knowledge and litigation and arbitration experience. We are fortunate to have them as part of the Littler team in Cleveland,” said Bradley Sherman, Cleveland’s office managing shareholder. “Their deep connections to the local business community and stellar reputations in the industry will certainly enhance our presence in Cleveland and beyond.”
Krewson and Morley bring significant experience in a range of labor and employment matters, as they counsel clients throughout Ohio and across the country.
Patricia Krewson has a multifaceted litigation practice, successfully representing corporations in a vast array of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment and other employment claims. She also counsels and defends employers of all sizes in cases arising under state and federal laws. She frequently works with clients responding to EEO claims before the EEOC and OCRC and counsels companies on preventative measures.
Krewson is a frequent speaker on employment law topics both at local and national seminars. She has been recognized in the industry as a leading lawyer and is also a member of several professional associations, including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and its Women in Law and Labor and Employment Law Sections. “Littler’s reputation both locally and nationally for providing outstanding labor and employment legal service is impressive,” Krewson said. “Furthermore, the firm’s deep commitment to diversity and inclusion was extremely appealing. Being part of an organization that truly understands the importance of creating a culture that values all different backgrounds and perspectives is essential. I look forward to collaborating with the firm’s female and diverse attorneys to provide the best legal solutions for clients.”
