Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Danielle Asaad has joined the firm as partner in the Global Corporate Practice, based in the Cleveland and New York offices. Ms. Asaad’s practice focuses on advising private equity firms and corporate clients with M&A transactions and corporate matters. Ms. Asaad joins Squire Patton Boggs from Jones Day in Cleveland.

Ms. Asaad has completed numerous complex transactions on behalf of many sophisticated private equity firms, including leveraged buyouts and co-investments. She has also represented private equity firms and their portfolio companies in related matters, including financings, recapitalizations, follow-on acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, dual track exits, carve-outs, corporate governance and management incentive plans.

Ms. Asaad earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, M.B.A. from the American University of Beirut and B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
