Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Partner Kevin W. Humphries to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Columbus. Before joining Benesch, Kevin was a Kirkland & Ellis LLP corporate partner.
Kevin advises publicly and privately held companies on a broad range of matters, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions and general corporate matters. Kevin has represented both leading and emerging private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies, on transactions across sectors, and has substantial experience in software, healthcare, consumer retail, manufacturing, and industrial transactions, among others.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor and M.A. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
