Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Megan Bosak as a Partner in the firm’s Columbus office. She strengthens the Healthcare and Commercial Litigation practices, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in Ohio.

Bosak is a skilled litigator with an impressive record of success in complex, high-value, and multi-party litigation. She provides counsel to clients on matters involving toxic torts, asbestos, long-term care issues, and medical malpractice. Her extensive experience spans all stages of litigation, from case strategy and development to depositions, expert witness discovery, motion practice, negotiations, trials, and appeals.

She earned both her law and undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University.
