Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Kellie Christianson to its Orange County office as a partner in its Employment and Labor Practice.
Christianson focuses her practice on representing car dealerships and small businesses in all aspects of employment and business litigation, including defending claims for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, defamation, and unfair business practices. She also has experience regarding human resources and employee relations issues.
“We’re delighted to add an employment litigator of Kellie’s reputation and experience. This truly deepens our bench in a variety of industries, most particularly the automotive sales world,” said John Barber, Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Employment and Labor Practice.
Throughout her 24 years as a trial attorney, Christianson has obtained numerous successful appellate decisions, judgments, binding arbitration awards, and settlements on behalf of her clients.
She has represented clients in both state and federal court, the California Supreme Court, and matters before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Opportunity Commission.
“I’m looking forward to joining Lewis Brisbois, and my clients have been impressed with the firm’s reputation for principled advocacy,” Christianson said.
