SNR Denton announced today that John E. Quattrocchi has joined the firm as a partner in its Private Equity practice in Dallas. Mr. Quattrocchi joins SNR Denton from the Dallas office of Andrews Kurth, LLP.
“John is energetic and entrepreneurial and his focus on private equity will further build upon our national and global capabilities,” said Matthew Orwig, managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. “John is the 50th lawyer to join our Dallas office since we opened in 2007, and his joining the firm is a reflection of our commitment to Texas and our clients here.”
Named a Texas Rising Star by Texas Monthly, Mr. Quattrocchi has extensive experience representing a wide range of corporate entities, from emerging companies to Wall Street landmarks and large institutions. Mr. Quattrocchi represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as buyers and sellers engaged in merger and acquisition activity, including reorganization and restructuring proceedings, and has extensive experience representing clients in the media and telecommunications industry.
“Our private equity momentum is tremendous, and we expect it to continue. John is an outstanding addition to the SNR Denton global Private Equity and Investment Funds practice, a key growth area for our firm, and is the fourth private equity partner to join the US team this year, together with Stephan Mallenbaum and Sean Hayes in New York and Elizabeth Foster in Los Angeles,” said Margaret Kavalaris, head of SNR Denton’s Corporate practice.
“One reason I decided to join SNR Denton is because of the firm’s global and local growth,” said Mr. Quattrocchi. “The firm’s global capabilities in combination with a commitment to private equity is exactly what my clients demand, and I look forward to working with such an insightful group of lawyers and professionals.”
Mr. Quattrocchi earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his B.S. from The Centre College of Kentucky.
Mr. Quattrocchi complements a group of more than 70 new partners, counsel, principals and senior advisors who have joined SNR Denton worldwide since the combination that created the firm nearly a year ago. He is the 14th lawyer to join the firm’s Dallas office this year.
