Wade, as shareholders, along with paralegal Criola Garcia, and legal assistant, Leonor Salazar. The team has extensive experience in immigration law. The firm’s new immigration practice will be led by Irina and will benefit Munsch Hardt’s clients throughout Texas and nationally.

Irina’s immigration practice focuses on business and family immigration, including international executive and managerial personnel transfers, U.S. work visas for professional workers, and employment and family-based permanent immigration proceedings, as well as on employers’ I-9 compliance, and fairness in employment practices. Chambers USA has recognized Irina with their Leaders in Their Field designation for the past three years.
Julie practices in all areas of immigration law, with emphasis on business immigration, including employment visas, PERM labor certifications, and applications for permanent residency, as well as family-based immigration. She also advises clients on I-9 compliance issues.
