Taber Estes Thorne & Carr hired Linda G. Moore to for a Dallas legal job, according to a press release.

Equipped with more than three decades worth of experience in commercial litigation, Moore joins the firm as a partner and brings extensive experience with trials and arbitration.

She comes from K&L Gates of Dallas.

She has represented clients in product liability claims and general business litigation. She has worked on contract disputes, claims with tort and negligence, employment, premises liability and claims regarding alleged breaches of fiduciary duty.

She holds a law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she served as the law journal’s Notes and Comment Editor.  She is on the board of directors of the Resource Center of Dallas and is a co-chair of its capital campaign.
