“John, combined with the recent arrivals of veteran M&A and bankruptcy attorney Bill Finkelstein and David Schenck, former Deputy Attorney General for Legal Counsel to the Texas Attorney General, reinforces the firm’s commitment to advance our presence here through the additions of high-quality laterals across a number of strategic practice groups,” said Darrell E. In addition, his practice includes complex corporate governance issues and high profile internal investigations.
“John is a talented lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in complex domestic and international corporate and transactional matters,” said Peter M.
