Bankruptcy attorneys Michael S. Held and Monica S. Blacker have been recruited by Jackson Walker to the firm’s Dallas office, according to a press release.
Held, who moves from Hunton & Williams, received his J.D. and undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas. He brings strong experience in workouts and restructurings both in and out of the courtroom, and has reperesnted clients from both the creditor and debtor sides.
Monica Blacker makes the transition from Andrews Kurth. She is a graduate of James Madison and received her J.D. from Southern Methodist School of Law. Her practice focuses on Chapter 11 proceedings among other bankrupcy related matters.
