Dentons Adds Bankruptcy Partner Clay Taylor in Dallas

Dentons announces today that partner Clay Taylor has joined the Firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy (RIB) practice in the Dallas office. Taylor represents clients in a wide range of asset acquisitions, divestitures, financings and restructurings. Before joining the firm, Taylor was with Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer and Jones LLP in Fort Worth.

Taylor’s practice includes the representation of debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, Chapter 11 Trustees, Liquidating Trustees, equity stakeholders and other parties in interests across a broad spectrum of restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Notably, he has experience in oil and gas restructurings, representing operators, passive working interest and royalty owners, pipeline companies and associated exploration and production service providers. In addition to his work in the oil and gas sector, Taylor’s diverse client portfolio spans various industries, including retail, manufacturing, banking, real estate, aviation and construction. His extensive litigation and trial experience in federal and state courts includes matters related to creditor/debtor disputes, financial services litigation and commercial litigation.
