Faegre Drinker announced today that health care partner Randy Peak and counsel David Rose have joined the firm in Dallas. Peak and Rose will also serve as vice presidents of Innovative Health Strategies, Faegre Drinker’s procurement and outsourcing consulting firm. Peak arrives from Haynes & Boone, Rose joins the firm from his General Counsel role at ProPath.
Peak advises and represents health care, life sciences and technology clients as a business-oriented and strategic legal advisor — leveraging his extensive industry background, in-house experience and multidisciplinary proficiency. He has worked with clients including health care providers, public and privately held commercial enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and nonprofit organizations. Peak also provides clients with outside general counsel and legal department outsourcing services.

With nearly three decades of legal and commercial experience in his career, Peak serves as a trusted advisor to his clients providing practical legal guidance and counsel in support of innovative and strategic transactions. He advises clients across the health care and life sciences sectors as they negotiate all manner of commercial, supply chain and technology transactions. He earned his bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas and Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Rose assists clients in establishing their health care operations, consulting on contractual arrangements and maintaining compliance within the heavily regulated health care marketplace, leveraging his in-house experience as a former general counsel, compliance and privacy officer to address their goals with an insider’s point of view. From the largest group purchasing organizations in the United States to health care start-ups and small physician practices, Rose has advised health care entities of all sizes. Rose earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University, MBA from the University of Dallas and Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
