FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce John Tucker has joined the Firm in Dallas. John joins FisherBroyles’ Corporate Department and its Real Estate and Finance practices from Stinson LLP, where he was a Partner. His practice represents funds, investment banks and other institutional lenders and market participants in connection with commercial mortgage loan origination and servicing, securitization and other secondary market transactions.
He has significant experience in commercial real estate finance, including structuring and advising clients on warehouse and repurchase facilities, preferred equity, mezzanine, subordinate and pari passu financings, plus whole loan sales, participations, splits and syndications.
John handles acquisitions and dispositions of distressed assets; representing buyers and servicers in workouts and restructurings, foreclosures, discounted payoffs and REO sales. He has also represented lenders and borrowers in syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities and other asset-backed financing transactions.
He was previously a partner of Frost Brown Todd and a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP. He holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
