Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP expanded its Tax Practice with the addition of Austin Wyker as a shareholder in its Dallas office. Wyker joins the firm from Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C.
Wyker advises clients on the legal, business, and tax aspects of joint ventures with a focus on joint ventures in real estate. Wyker’s clients also include businesses seeking counsel on legal, business, and tax matters related to entity formation, structuring, and general operations.

Wyker received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University – Dedman School of Law, an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
