Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes Harry D. Jones as a shareholder in the firm’s Dallas office. Jones joins the firm’s national Labor and Employment Department with a deep background in providing day-to-day advice to human resources professionals on hiring, training, pay, discipline and termination, including a concentrated focus on complex C-suite misconduct issues. Jones is well-known for his work conducting high-stakes corporate, C-Suite and Board investigations. Jones comes to the firm from Littler Mendelson P.C.
As part of Polsinelli’s Employment Advice & Investigations Practice, Jones focuses his labor and employment practice on national and international disputes, guiding general counsel and HR departments through multi-state and complex cross-border issues, particularly in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Jones represents companies and institutions throughout various industries, including financial services, healthcare, education, construction, payment processing, transportation, property management and energy. He comes to Polsinelli from an international law firm where he led more than 100 high-profile investigations on behalf of school districts, cities, colleges and private institutions. Jones has also advised and defended employers in numerous cases before the National Labor Review Board and the Department of Labor, has led the defense of national class and collective action wage and hour cases, and fought to protect business interests from unfair competition.

Jones has been named to The Best Lawyers in America list 2018-2021, recognized by Super Lawyers 2007-2010 and 2013-2021, and is AV Peer Review-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also served as a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation and is currently on the board of directors at Kimiya International.
A National Merit Scholar, Jones earned his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University before obtaining a J.D. from Texas Tech University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor on the Law Review.
