Markus’s practice spans commercial lending, corporate finance, loan workouts, and restructurings, with a special emphasis on ABL, syndicated financings, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine finance.

Johnston regularly advises clients on asset-based finance, syndicated finance, mezzanine and second lien finance, and loan workouts, as well as structuring and documenting cross-border financings. His clients are focused on various sectors, including the energy industry and its related service providers.
