His addition is another step in strengthening the firm’s technology transaction capabilities, expanding its relationships with its extensive technology and life sciences client base. Most recently, Mann was a partner with Winstead in its Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group.

Mann started his legal career as a corporate lawyer in the Dallas office of Baker Botts and worked on both technology transactions and M&A matters while at the firm.
