“Chauncey is a highly sought-after attorney and trusted business advisor who will further expand our firm’s extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions in Texas and across the nation,” said Jeremiah Mayfield, practice group leader for the Texas region of Holland & Knight’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. “Maintaining a robust corporate, M&A and private equity practice in Texas remains a top strategic priority for us as we approach the one-year anniversary of our merger with Thompson & Knight, and Chauncey’s business skills, legal acumen and leadership capabilities will only strengthen the transactional backbone of our Dallas office.”

“Holland & Knight is highly regarded for its deep bench and has earned a well-deserved reputation for first-rate client service, making it the ideal platform for my practice,” said Mr. Lane. “The firm’s commitment to the growth of its corporate, M&A and private equity practice is as impressive as its commitment to growth in Texas, and I aim to play a meaningful role in further strengthening our position in Dallas and beyond.”
