Neil Rajan has joined Locke Lord’s Dallas office as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Rajan brings a broad range of capabilities in capital markets, Exchange Act compliance, corporate governance and M&A to Locke Lord’s prominent Corporate Practice Group. Rajan, who joins the Firm from Vinson & Elkins, focuses his practice in corporate finance and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.

Rajan has substantive capital markets experience, representing public and private companies, investment banks and other financial institutions in numerous financings, such as equity and 144A debt offerings. Rajan has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, aviation, technology, health care and consumer goods.
