Himelfarb and Washington, DC PCAG associate Adé Heyliger advised First Quantum Minerals Ltd. on the US aspects of its C$5.1 billion offer for all outstanding shares of Inmet Mining Corp. First Quantum is a mining company with a global portfolio of copper and nickel assets in Africa, Australia, South America, and Europe, and Inmet is a global mining company based in Canada.
