Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, announced today that Jason Graham has joined the firm’s Tax Department as a partner in the Dallas office. Graham joins the firm from Baker McKenzie.
Graham’s practice focuses on representing multinational companies on cross-border tax matters involving internal restructurings, M&A and corporate transactions, and financing transactions. He also has experience representing private equity funds on tax matters in connection with fund formation, M&A transactions, and financing transactions.

Graham earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2010 and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2011.
