Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the addition of Thad Behrens and Dan Gold as Litigation partners, based in Dallas. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Thad and Dan were partners in Dallas at Haynes & Boone.
Thad and Dan have extensive experience in commercial and securities litigation, as well as class action defense. They represent public companies, corporate directors and officers, and financial institutions in a wide variety of disputes, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative cases, M&A litigation, tender offer litigation, proxy contests, commercial cases and internal investigations.
