Stinson Grows Real Estate Practice with Two Partners in Dallas

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome partners Ashley Anderson and Erin Marino to the Dallas office. Both attorneys bring extensive experience in complex real estate transactions throughout Texas and nationwide.

Anderson brings experience representing purchasers, sellers, lenders and investors in real estate transactions in Texas and across the country. Her practice encompasses transactional work, including the buying and selling of office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, raw land and hotels, and she regularly represents landlords and tenants in all stages of negotiations. Anderson has also handled transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, formation of ownership entities and project development. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© and Legalease for her real estate practice.

Marino focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. She has represented developers, owners, landlords, tenants and lenders on real estate matters concerning various commercial real estate asset classes, including multi-family, mixed-used, unimproved land, hotel, office and medical properties. Marino also advises clients on real estate joint venture investments. She is recognized as a Texas Rising Star by Thomson Reuters.
