Thompson & Knight LLP today announced the addition of Luis F. Gomar as a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of the Firm’s Dallas and Mexico City offices.

Gomar focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters and advises a variety of clients on the numerous aspects of domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing, capital raising, and fund formation.
