Fisher & Phillips hired Lawrence Lee to help fill a Denver legal job, according to a press release.
Joining as a partner, Lee is set to join the national law firm’s labor and employment practice. His practice focuses on employment litigation, counseling and defense of clients faced with charges of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and harassment.
Additionally, he will work on breach of contract claims that are leveled by managers and executives who have been discharged.

His practice also includes advice regarding personnel issues, compliance, firings and disciplinary action. He is experienced with trying employment matters before juries, judges and arbitrators.
Lee comes from Gordon & Rees, before which he was at Baker Hostetler. He served as a senior attorney with the office of the attorney general in Colorado.
