Bryan Cave HRO announced today the addition of four partners to the law firm, all of whom will work in the Denver office and practice in the Litigation client service group. This addition marks one of the largest moves of lateral partners in the Denver legal market year to date. The entire group of new attorneys comes from the Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck (BHFS).
The team coming to Bryan Cave HRO includes the current co-chair of the BHFS litigation department, Peter Korneffel, and the most recent past chair, Timothy Beyer, as well as top trial lawyers Amy Benson and Kathryn DeBord.

The team is well known for their expertise in complex commercial, intellectual property, telecommunications, energy, securities and antitrust litigation, including class actions and appellate work. They played a leading role in the landmark case of Bell Atlantic v. Twombly, which set precedent and is often cited during motions to dismiss.
