Bryan Cave HRO Adds Another Lateral Litigation Partner

Bryan Cave HRO announced today that an additional litigation partner will join the Denver office from the firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck. Zhonette Brown will practice in the Litigation client service group, and is the fifth lateral partner to join Bryan Cave HRO in Denver in the last two months.

“This addition is a further example of the firm’s strategic growth in Colorado,” said Randy Miller, Colorado Managing Partner. “Adding Zhonette to the four top trial partners who joined us in August rounds out the group and strengthens our already incredibly solid platform.”

Zhonette Brown’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, technical and science issues and securities matters and investigations. She has a broad range of experience, including with defending multiple billion dollar financial fraud and misrepresentation cases, as well as with multi-district litigation and class action suits. Brown was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington DC and also served as a law clerk in United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

“I am delighted to join Bryan Cave HRO,” Brown said. “The firm’s global reach and local capabilities will benefit my clients and practice tremendously. As well, the firm has a stellar reputation and well earned respect in the legal industry and community. I am very pleased to be part of this team.”

In addition to her robust legal practice, Brown serves on the board of directors for Food Bank of the Rockies and is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her J.D., magna cum laude, from The Georgetown University Law Center.
