Lathrop & Gage LLP announced today that Todd R. Seelman has joined the firm as a partner. He will concentrate his practice on labor and employment and antitrust, and will be located in the firm’s Denver office. Seelman will co-chair Lathrop & Gage’s antitrust practice group.
Seelman has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in federal and state antitrust and unfair competition litigation matters involving monopolization, price-fixing, bid-rigging, market divisions, resale price maintenance, tying and market foreclosures. He also has extensive experience advising corporate clients on the fundamentals of federal and state antitrust laws and in federal and state court employment litigation matters involving wage and hour, wrongful termination, trade secret protection and employment restrictive covenant matters.
Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, Seelman was a partner in the Denver office of Ford & Harrison LLP where he was head of the firm’s antitrust and unfair competition practice group. Seelman is also an adjunct professor of antitrust law at the University of Denver Strum College of Law where he teaches the history and fundamentals of antitrust and unfair competition law.
He earned his bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his juris doctorate from the Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
