Lance is an experienced trial attorney who is rated AV-Preeminent, the highest rating by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review system. He was attracted to Dinsmore’s “forward thinking growth model and national footprint” and is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
“I have known Lance for many years and am thrilled that he has joined Dinsmore,” Mike said. “His strong litigation experience and diverse client base will enhance our office’s unique culture.”
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Lance practiced in the Denver office of a national firm where he handled complex transportation cases, manufacturing liability litigation and also environmental policy matters, including those with OSHA oversight. He is a member of the North Dakota Bar Association, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Wyoming Bar Association and Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming,
Alongside his wife, he also serves as a volunteer for The Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Food Bank of the Rockies and supports his two daughters in their musical events, productions and concerts. Lance enjoys biking through Colorado in the summer and skiing in the winter. And, while Denver is his home base, Lance often travels to Wyoming and North Dakota to meet his client’s needs.
