FisherBroyles Welcomes Patricia ‘Patty’ Ho

FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Patricia ‘Patty’ Ho has been appointed a Partner of the Firm. Patty joins FisherBroyles after almost two decades in private law practice at Sheridan Ross P.C., where she focused on intellectual property and commercial litigation and transactions.

Her practice spans industries, including software start-ups, product packaging manufacturers and distributors, and other business services.

Patty has litigated multi-million dollar and bet-the-company cases in commercial disputes and claims of patent, trade secret, and trademark infringement. She is also experienced in IP licensing, diligence counsel in transactional matters, and acting as outside general counsel to clients on litigation management, intellectual property management, and other strategic planning.

Patty is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, previously arguing before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and chairing inter-partes reexamination proceedings.

Patty received her B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from the University of Colorado. She is admitted in Colorado.
