Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Nikki H. Howell, Steven W. Moore, Stacy D. Mueller and Heidi K. Wilbur as partners, Jill E. Moenius and Jessica D. Tsuda as counsel and Renee J. Sheyko as an associate in the Labor & Employment Department. The group were formerly with Constangy Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP and will be primarily assigned to Fox’s Denver office.

This new team joins Fox’s nationwide Labor & Employment group, which is comprised of 100 attorneys dedicated to helping employers develop smart strategies and achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Howell, who has more than a decade of trial experience, focuses her practice on defending nationwide class and collective actions as well as large multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits and litigation resulting from Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) systemic investigations.
Moore represents domestic and international employers in a broad range of disputes, particularly discrimination and wage and hour matters. He has extensive experience defending employers against nationwide class and collective actions involving allegations of large-scale, systemic discrimination and other civil rights violations as well as actions filed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and pattern-or-practice cases filed by the EEOC. Moore also provides advice and counsel with respect to strategic planning and human resources issues.
Mueller defends employers against single-plaintiff, class and collective actions, and provides strategic counsel on employment and human resources issues including wage and hour compliance, personnel policies, employment agreements and employee handbooks.
Wilbur counsels businesses on a range of employment issues and defends their interests in litigation, appeals and administrative proceedings, including pattern-and-practice lawsuits brought by the EEOC and collective actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Moenius represents businesses in a broad range of disputes in state and federal court, defending employers against large multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits and litigation resulting from systemic investigations conducted by the EEOC.
Tsuda advises on a broad range of employment and human resource issues including hiring, agreements such as restrictive covenants, separations, employee counseling, personnel policies, employee classifications and reclassifications, wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment prevention, investigations, workplace accommodations and training.
Sheyko focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing clients in wage and hour and other workplace disputes at trial, on appeal and in mediation and other dispute resolution forums.
