Following the recent arrival of a six-partner team from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP), global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has added six non-partner lawyers and a senior consultant from the same firm to further strengthen its corporate insurance and technology transactions practices.
The new additions include corporate insurance senior counsel Charlene McHugh in New York, technology transactions senior counsels Tim Carlton, Derek Johnston and Michelle Meiselman in Atlanta, corporate transactions associates Dylan Fehl and Kyle Summerville in St. Louis and senior consultant Angie Ligon in Denver.
On April 18, Norton Rose Fulbright announced the addition of a four-partner transactional and regulatory insurance team (Jodi Adolf, Bruce Baty, Kevin Fischer and Michael Schwartz) and a two-partner technology transactions team (Sean Christy and Chuck Hollis) from BCLP.
Fischer, Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Head of Insurance Transactions who will work closely with McHugh, Fehl and Summerville, said:
“We are excited to welcome this extremely talented group who will be immediate assets to Norton Rose Fulbright. I am thrilled to continue our work together on transactional and regulatory matters in the insurance sector as we guide our clients through the complexities of this highly regulated industry. This group also provides tremendous technology transaction capabilities for our clients across numerous other industries and sectors.”
Hollis, who is based in Atlanta with Christy and new joiners Carlton, Johnston and Meiselman, said:
“The technology transactions and corporate insurance practices are both booming with activity, so building upon those groups is a priority for the firm. I am delighted to welcome these new additions, many of whom I have known and worked with for numerous years, to the Norton Rose Fulbright team.”
