Labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP announced today that nationally-recognized attorney Donald Prophete is joining the firm which will now be known as Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP.

Eleven other attorneys from across the country are also joining the firm, which will add offices in Denver and New York to its 25 current locations. Holland & Knight Opens Denver Office With Addition of Litigation Group

Holland & Knight today announced a significant expansion of its litigation practice in Denver with the addition of six lawyers. FaegreBD Represents Spectranetics in Acquisition of AngioScore Inc.

Faegre Baker Daniels represented The Spectranetics Corporation, a Colorado Springs-based medical device company, in acquiring AngioScore Inc. in a $230 million cash purchase, along with contingent commercial and regulatory milestone payments. The transaction closed June 30, and was funded with the proceeds from a $230 million public offering of convertible notes.
