Hogan Lovells Negotiates $2 Billion Hospital Merger in Colorado

Hogan Lovells announced today that a team of its lawyers negotiated a $2 billion hospital merger in Colorado, one of the largest non-profit transactions in recent years. The new “University of Colorado Health” corporation will include Hogan Lovells client University of Colorado Hospital, along with Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies.

Nelson Levine Does it Again to Cozen O’Connor

Three attorneys have left Cozen O’Connor for firm, Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst. The group will help open Nelson Levine’s new Denver office.
