Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes Catherine A. Hildreth, who joined the firm in Denver as a partner in the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining Fox, Hildreth was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP.

She’s particularly well-versed in the development of complex projects, from commercial and large scale solar projects to multifamily and resort,” said Patrick J. Hildreth guides clients in the acquisition, development and financing of property, including apartments and multifamily residential buildings, offices, retail venues, ski resorts, golf courses, industrial complexes, mixed-use developments and undeveloped land. Her national practice included development projects for major resorts and significant mixed-use projects and portfolio acquisitions for clients in the multifamily residential, resort, hospitality and recreation industries.
In addition, Hildreth has represented big-box retailers and regional developers on land use, title and financing matters as well as acquisitions and dispositions of vineyards and farms. She has also represented major financial institutions in real estate litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and other issues related to real estate secured debt.
She earned her J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
