The Dubai office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Andrew Johnston as a partner in its corporate practice. He joins the firm from Clifford Chance LLP.

 

Johnston advises clients such as corporations, banks, asset management and trading groups, and others on a variety of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters throughout the Middle East and North Africa region.
