Mr. Wilson has been based in Dubai for over 16 years and advises clients on projects and transactions across the Middle East, Africa and globally. He specializes in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including power, water, waste, oil and gas, infrastructure, and transportation.

He advises on all project development aspects and project financings, including advising sponsors and Islamic financiers on projects that have been financed in a Shari’ah-compliant way.
