Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired real estate partner, Louisa Lynch, in Dubai. Louisa joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where she led the firm’s Middle East Real Estate and Hospitality practice.
Louisa advises developers, lenders and investors on all aspects of real estate and hospitality including large mixed-use developments, management and leasing of real estate investments, hotel related transactions and commercial property work.
Louisa has been advising clients in the region since 2008 and has worked on some of the largest real estate projects in the Middle East, regularly advising public and private sector clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Egypt. Projects include advising on the recent acquisition of the Grade A commercial building, Al Maryah Tower, in Abu Dhabi Global Market, and on the regeneration of Mina Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi through the new innovative master community known as MiZa.
