International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Dr. Maximilian (Max) Uibeleisen and Dr. Benedikt von Schorlemer as partners in its Transaction Practice Group in Frankfurt. Both bring extensive knowledge of the energy and infrastructure spaces, having previously advised on project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate reorganization for strategics and private equity funds and their portfolio companies. The duo arrive from Ashurst in Frankfurt.
