Heber has extensive experience advising on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits, including equity compensation, long-term incentive plans, and tax-qualified retirement plans.

Heber works with clients in a variety of industry sectors ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, advising on the tax, regulatory, and strategic issues related to executive compensation and employee benefits.
In addition to the design, implementation, and administration of domestic and international compensation and benefits programs, Heber regularly advises on executive and board of director pay levels, trends in compensation practices, and tax-efficient pay strategies.
