BCLP has appointed Partner Martin Wilmsen to strengthen its multidisciplinary Real Estate Practice in Frankfurt. Martin, who holds a law degree as well as an MBA from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) at the University of Regensburg, previously worked as counsel for DLA Piper. He brings a wealth of experience in providing legal advice on commercial real estate financings. Moreover, as founder of the German ESG Forum, he is well-versed in green and ESG-compliant financing.
His clients primarily include Pfandbrief banks and debt funds, which he advised on numerous national and international transactions. In his role with BCLP, he will advise clients on residential, commercial and portfolio financings.
