International law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Bianca Engelmann will be joining the firm as a partner in its Banking and Finance practice from 1 September 2019, based in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Engelmann previously practiced in the Frankfurt office of Allen & Overy LLP.
Bianca has extensive experience in German and international acquisition finance, investment grade and general corporate finance, promissory notes as well as ship finance.
With over 18 years of experience in finance, working at both A&O and Hogan Lovells during this period, Bianca returns to the firm as a partner. She continues to hold deep client relationships with various debt funds, private equity funds as well as well-known companies and banks.
