Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Dr. Daniel Flore as a partner in its Litigation practice. Flore joins K&L Gates from Hogan Lovells LLP.
Flore concentrates his practice on litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals, with a particular focus on finance and corporate law disputes. He advises clients in BaFin investigations as well as in cases involving breaches of the duty to call upon managing directors and board members. In addition, he represents financial institutions and associations in banking law disputes, regulatory investigations, and commercial matters and advises on issues of money laundering and banking supervision law.
Dr. Rüdiger von Hülst, managing partner of K&L Gates’ German offices, said: “Dr. Daniel Flore is an ideal addition to our team. We are pleased to have gained another experienced member for our German Litigation practice alongside our longstanding partners Klaus Schubert and Dr. Johann von Pachelbel.”
“We’re delighted by this significant addition to our European disputes practice, which strengthens our contentious finance capability and enhances our corporate litigation offering,” stated John Magnin, a co-leader of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice area. “Daniel was the ideal find for our practice in Germany, complementing our existing skills, experience and people.”
