Simmons & Simmons Expands Finance Team in Germany with Partner Hire

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has appointed Robert Koller as a finance partner in its Frankfurt office.

Robert is a debt capital markets and financial regulatory lawyer, who specialises in debt securities, bank and insurance capital as well as funds (particularly hedge funds) and EU fundamental freedoms.

He joins from Clifford Chance, Frankfurt, and previously worked for international firms in Gibraltar and Madrid.

Robert is admitted as Rechtsanwalt with the Frankfurt Bar, as Solicitor of England and Wales and as Abogado with the Madrid Bar Association. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification and is the CAIA Germany Chapter Co-Head.
