The Frankfurt office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Julia Karen Müller as a partner in its finance practice. Müller joins the firm from White & Case LLP, where she played a key role in the building of the firm’s acquisition finance practice.
With a focus on bank and acquisition finance, Müller advises German and international lenders, investors, and corporations on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. Along with acquisition finance, these include real estate financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, and refinancings and restructurings.
“Julia Karen Müller is well known in the German market as an authority on bank and finance matters, especially acquisition finance,” said Dr. Rüdiger von Hülst, Administrative Partner of K&L Gates’ German offices. “We are very happy she is joining us and want to give her a warm welcome to K&L Gates.”
