Firm Strengthens Hamburg Corporate Practice with New Partner

Field Fisher Waterhouse strengthens its Hamburg office with the appointment of newcorporate partner, Sara Bandehzadeh. As of June 2012, Sara returns to legal practice after working in industry for several years.

Sara Bandehzadeh started her legal career in 2000 with Raupach & Wollert-Elmendorff in Hamburg. In 2007, she joined MPC Münchmeyer Petersen group as in-house counsel and took charge of the legal department for two trading companies in the shipbuilding and plant construction industries. Her practice focus lies in corporate law as well as commercial and distribution law, both with a particularly international reach. Due to her work for MPC, she has specific expertise in the shipbuilding industry and in export financing of investment and consumer goods.

At Field Fisher Waterhouse, Sara Bandehzadeh will contribute to the further expansion of the German corporate practice, together with Hamburg corporate partners Michael Adam and Dr Florian Streiber, and will promote the area of commercial and distribution law. In cooperation with the London office, the German team has over the past months significantly increased client business in the areas of distribution and commercial law. Clients include inter alia Olympus, Jaguar Land Rover, Domino’s Pizza and Ebookers.com.
